WMU Residence Hall rooms must be reserved by May 1, 2012 (please click the registration link to reserve rooms. No refunds after May 1). These housing prices include a linen packet and pillow. The linen packet does not include a blanket. The WMU Residence Halls are single sex with community bathrooms. The rooms are not equipped with air conditioners or refrigerators. Check-in time starts Monday, June 4 at 10 am and all participants must check-out by noon on Monday, June 11. For those who select double occupancy rooms, please list the name of your roommate when you register. Otherwise, roommates will be assigned to all double occupancy registrants. Free wi-fi internet access is available in the lounges and lobbies of the dorm; for guaranteed internet access in your room, please bring or purchase an ethernet cable. Parking permits may be purchased through the front desk at the dorm, which is open 8 am-midnight. The cost is $10 for the entire week.
The conference hotel is Radisson Plaza Hotel and Suites at 100 W. Michigan Ave. in downtown Kalamazoo (269-343-3333). The hotel is located 1.6 miles from campus. The special IWBC 2012 rate is $135 per night. Be sure to mention the Conference when reserving a room.

Dining Hall meals must be purchased in advance, by May 1, 2012 (please click the registration link to reserve meals. No refunds after May 1). Meal tickets will be distributed at the conference. No refunds may be given for unused meal tickets. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available.
Subway, Bigby Coffee, and Western Scoops Ice Cream are also located in the WMU Bernhard Center.
Transportation
By AirThe Kalamazoo-Battle Creek International Airport (AZO) is located 10.6 miles from campus and is served by these airlines: American Eagle, Delta, Direct Air (please see this recent article regarding last-minute cancellation of flights on Direct Air). Round-trip shuttle service to WMU, the Radisson, or other hotels costs between $15 - $29.
